Exceptionally comfortable beds and a free safe and an electric kettle. The bathroom was large and the staff was outstandingly accommodating. Easy enough to find, in the middle of Kaiserslautern. Certainly a really comfortable experience for short stay in Kaiserslautern.

The Christmas decorations were beautiful, and the complimentary mulled wine and cookies were a nice touch. the hotel was located in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around and explore. the breakfast spread was delicious and had a good variety of options.
The room was not very clean and had a stale smell. the bathroom could use some upgrades, as the fixtures were outdated and the showerhead sprayed in all directions.
